John Ringling Estates home sells for $950,000

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vienna & Naples Inc. sold the home at 423 Polk Drive to Joseph Kaminski, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1941, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $837,500 in 2012.

The Beaches of Longboat Key South

Laura Traeger and Harvey Sheldon sold their Unit 505 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Leanne and Vincent Northfield, of Bradenton, for $860,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2011.

Winding Oaks

Joan Sapstein, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 18 condominium at 3435 Winding Oaks Drive to Peggy Lammers, trustee, of $772,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 1998.

Longboat Terrace

Bruce and Kimberly Peterson, of Bloomfield, Mich., sold their Unit 210 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carl Rosen and Lori Bradin, of Chester, N.J., for $620,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2013.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer

John and Guy Bingham, of Oxford, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 309 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Ester Griffin, trustee, of Maitland, for $500,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2012.

Andrew and Cynthia Taff, of Rushville, Ind., sold their Unit M2-202-C condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Josie Lee Schlieper, of Sullivan, Wis., for $330,000. William and Carol Teasdale, of Bloomfield, Conn., sold their Unit 192 condominium at 708 El Centro to Jennifer Stiles, of Longboat Key, for $239,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,233 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,500 in 2003.

James and Elizabeth Pellnat, of Getzville, N.Y., sold their Unit 233 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Silver Sands 233 LLC for $235,000. Built in 1953, it has one bedroom, one bath and 450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 2011.
