Institute for the Ages CEO to speak at chapel

Tom Esselman, president and CEO of the Institute for the Ages, will speak from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at the Longboat Island Chapel’s Aging in Paradise Resource Center, 6200 Gulf of Mexico Drive.

The topic of the educational forum is “The International Conference on Positive Aging: Voices of Innovation and Community.”

Esselman will discuss the Institute and its efforts to position Sarasota County as a global hub of leadership in positive aging economic development, as well as four innovations to improve the quality of life as we age.
