Eugene and Marguerite Hollinger sold their home at 5588 Bilbao Place, in Villagewalk, to Stacie Milonas, Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,900 in 2005.
Also in Villagewalk, Henry and Maria Sterbenz, of Richmond, Va., sold their home at 7613 Bergamo Ave. to Charles and Christine Donahue, of Danvers, Mass., for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,900 in 2004.
The following residential real-estate transactions were recorded between Oct. 17 and Oct. 21 at the Sarasota County Courthouse. Of this week’s 13 transactions, nine took place in Sarasota; two were recorded in Palmer Ranch; and two were recorded in Osprey.

John and Janice Shelton, Sarasota, sold their Unit 874 condominium at 874 Hudson Ave. to Thomas and Florence Harvey, Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2006.
Eagles Point at the Landing IV
Ruth Shapiro and David Robbins, Sarasota, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 5450 Eagles Point Circle to Sally Katz, trustee, of Akron, Ohio, for $375,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,100 in 1998.
Phillippi Landings
Sera Larondelle, Sarasota, sold her Unit 506 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Mark and Marina Roytman, of Oklahoma City, Okla., for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $854,000 in 2006.
Phillippi Gardens
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 5524 Waneta Place to Theresa Hamrick, Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2003.
The Island
David and Jayne Cohen, Sarasota, sold their Unit D-2 condominium at 2145 Michele Drive to Edward Killeen, Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,000 in 2000.
Renaissance
Louise Clark, Tallahassee, sold her Unit 1215 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to George and Julie Jaeger, of Paducah, Ky., for $276,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $378,000 in 2004.
Moller
Pamela Caguiat, Sarasota, sold her home at 3915 Maravic Place to D. Scott and Stacey Stuart, Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2004.
Coral Cove
Carol Levine sold her home at 7515 Starfish Drive to Caroline Schneider, Sarasota, for $256,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,900 in 2006.
Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Kimberly McGoogan, personal representative, of Theodore, Ala., and Jeffrey Carlson, of Lapeer, Mich., sold the home at 3259 Pine Valley Drive to Jennifer Topjun, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1993.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
M&I Regional Properties LLC sold the home at 408 Yacht Harbor Drive to Justin Mohrig, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $286,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,624 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $366,000 in 2009.
The Bishopscourt Townhomes
LiveOaks Inc. sold the Unit 117 condominium at 25 Bishopscourt Road to Laura Desenholz, Osprey, for $250,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in April.
