The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 3 and Dec. 7.

A home in South Cocoanut Bayou tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael McNelis and Elizabeth McNelis sold their home at 4401 Mangrove Place to Todd and Kathleen Pulvino, of Westport, Conn., for $3,395,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.8 million in 2003.

Polynesian Gardens
Jean Eich, Lawrence Eich and Linda Tsoumas, trustees, sold the Unit B-6 condominium at 1348 Moonmist Circle to Hermann and Irene Klein, of Hamburg, Germany, for $680,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,906 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,500 in 1999.

Sarasota Beach
Denise Hetrick, of Sarasota, sold her home at 308 Canal Road to Vic’s Love Shack Property One LLC for $675,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2006.

Peppertree Bay
Franklin and Diann Wilson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 221A condominium at 6026 E. Peppertree Way to Patrick and Claude Coulombier, of Paris, France, for $335,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,400 in 1997.

Casa Mar
James and Wendy Clancy, of Sarasota sold their Unit 20 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Christine Williams, trustee, of Windham, Maine, for $315,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1999.

La Siesta
Mary Stewart, trustee, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 901 Beach Road to Levi Troyer, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1992.

Twin Oak Pond
Michael and Christopher Coleman sold their home at 5238 S. Winding Way to Mark Flannagan, of Sarasota, for $256,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,400 in 2008.

Midnight Cove
Gary and Jennie Delvecchio, of Coral Springs, sold their Unit 830 condominium at 1200 Midnight Cove II Place to Karl and Mary Pepevnik, of Lombard, Ill., for $240,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,300 in 2002.

Equity Trust Co. and Angleo Ingorvaia, of Osprey, sold the Unit 831 condominium at 1200 Midnight Cove II Place to Theodore and Katherine Parker, of Groton, Conn., for $220,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 1996.

Bay Oaks
Antonio Ferreira, of Ocoee, sold his Unit E-82 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Jerry and Debra McElroy, of Huber Heights, Ohio, for $219,900. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $102,500 in 1999.
