The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 8 and Oct. 12.

A home in River Club North tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Carol Carr sold her home at 6107 Glen Abbey Lane to Mahendra and Geeta Ellana, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,818 square feet of living area.

Winding River
Alan and Mary Amtmann sold their home at 1103 143rd St. N.E. to Kirk and Julie Phillips, of Bradenton, for $479,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,108 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Uwe and Angela Kehlenbeck, of Sarasota, sold their home at 23318 Red Robin Place to Rajendra and Meera Agrawal, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,974 square feet of living area.

Arthur and Ellyn Schoenewaldt, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22354 Panther Loop to Thom and Amy Hunter, of Ridgedale, Mo., for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,319 square feet of living area.

Michael and Patricia Trevena, of E. Sussex, United Kingdom, sold their home at 4412 Swordfish Drive to Norman and Diane Habib, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2008.

Kenneth Layer, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3616 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Ryan Silva, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,957 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $429,000 in 2004.

Michael and Amy McCall, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2118 152nd Court E. to Dean and Jeanine Brown, of Sarasota, for $431,100. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,241 square feet of living area.

Anthony and Susan Novellino, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12319 Thornhill Court to Jacob and Linda Stone, of Wilbraham, Mass., for $378,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,200 in 2010.

Michael and Pauline Schiano, of Lakewood, N.J., sold their home at 6994 74th St. Circle E. to Amin and Lily Androus, of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emeritus, for $290,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $594,200 in 2006.
