The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 4 and Aug. 8.

A home in McIntyre-Wilson-Potter tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Susan and Philip Block, trustees, sold the home at 1630 Arlington St. to Herbert Fox and Janet Zinner, of Sarasota, for $1,335,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,258,500 in 2005.

SARASOTA
Beau Ciel

George and Judith Hofmann, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Dirk and Caroline Plessner, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,035,000 in 2007.

Hidden Harbor
Robert and Pamela Swain, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5155 Hidden Harbor Road to Scott and Carrie Doyle, of Sarasota, for $935,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2009.

Bay Plaza
Claire Levin, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 802 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Nancy Roucher, of Sarasota, for $884,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $562,500 in 2002.

Sonada
Robert and Donna Decubellis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4709 Sonada Court to Michael Berger and Pauline Siegel, of Sarasota, for $865,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,058 square feet of living area.

The Condominium on the Bay
Fredric Levine and Elizabeth Carrillo, of Green Cove Springs, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Deborah Huffman, of Montoursville, Pa., for $718,300. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2012.

The Landings
Conforto Peregrine Point LLC sold the home at 4860 N. Peregrine Point Circle to John and Michelle Pennie, of Sarasota, for $574,400. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,973 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.

Grove Heights
Eric and Patricia Schultz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1828 Grove St. to Roy Borrego and Karen Borrego, trustee, of Punta Gorda, for $550,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,559 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1999.

Schooner Bay
Robert Eisenhauer, Richard Eisenhauer, Louis Eisenhauer and Douglas Eisenhauer sold their Unit 6736 condominium at 6736 Schooner Bay Circle to Jeffrey and Michelle Rencher, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1987.

SIESTA

Joel Chase and Andrew Gilstein, trustees, of Warwick, R.I., sold the home at 7522 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Miller, of Media, Pa., for $1.1 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,916 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 1999.

Sarasota Beach
Kevin and Marie Topping, of Fakenham, United Kingdom, sold their home at 5201 Avenida Del Mare to Shawn Bartelt, trustee, of Orlando, for $862,500. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2009.

Jamaica Royale
Donald and Jeanette Diehl sold their Unit 504 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Bahia Vista Community Builders Inc. for $615,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1995.

Sarasota by the Sea
Martha Rotert, of Venice, sold her home at 1142 Sun N Sea Drive to Ronald and Lynn Stroup, of Spring Lake, Mich., for $525,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $45,000 in 1977.

Siesta Beach
Donn Still, of Bradenton, sold the home at 5175 Sandy Beach Ave. to Tracy Jackson, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2005.

Tivoli by the Sea
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the Unit 204 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Art and Mary Moloughney, of Mahwah, N.J., for $359,900. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2005.

Polynesian Gardens
Dolores Deyo, trustee, of Lakewood, N.Y., and Mary Yohe, of Lancaster, Pa., sold the Unit P-3 condominium at 1259 Moonmist Circle to Gerald and Janice Grimm and Molly Grimm, of Hamilton, Ohio, for $330,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $32,000 in 1973.

Charles and Patricia Borland, of Sarasota, sold their Unit M-1 condominium at 1122 S. Moonmist Court to James and Erica Wilson, of Abingdon, Md., for $295,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2003.

Twin Oak Pond
Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the home at 5205 Winding Way to Jon Graf, of Arlington, Va., for $300,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Gulf and Bay Club Bayside
Robert and Connie McCullen, trustees, sold the Unit 1344-D condominium at 1344 Siesta Bayside Drive to David Reville, of Burlington, Vt., for $297,000. Built in 1988, it has one bedroom, one bath and 959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1993.

Sandy Cove
Linda Howard, trustee, of Cincinnati, and Jennifer Pilsner, of Mason, Ohio, sold the Unit 114 condominium at 114 Pass Key Road to Joshua Gold, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,000 in 1983.

PALMER RANCH

Jeanne Pendrys, of W. Palm Beach, sold her home at 5554 Kosteli Place to Eric and Jodi Dalton, of Morgantown, W.Va., for $510,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,400 in 2003.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7704 Camminare Drive to Debra Schueler, of Sarasota, for $304,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2007.

Robert and Charlotte Ferretti, of Tiburon, Calif., sold their home at 7698 Bergamo Ave. to Maria Rosales, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,000 in 2004.

The Hamptons
David Talbot, trustee, and Diana Talbot sold the home at 6228 Donnington Court to Vera Pauli-Widenhouse and Thomas Widenhouse, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,900 in 2010.

Marbella
Gerarldo Maroclo, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4037 Via Mirada to Christina Brown, of Sarasota, for $257,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,887 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,000 in 2000.

Lakeshore Village
Sandra McClure and Michael Smith, of University Park, sold their Unit 142 condominium at 4021 E. Wilshire Circle to Bruce and Geraldine Paugh, of Sarasota, for $249,500. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2012.

OSPREY
Sorrento Shores

Eugene Young sold his home at 360 El Greco Drive to Philippe and Lindsey Job, of Osprey, for $885,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $837,200 in 2013.

Towns-End Shores
Anthony and Diane Spinella sold their home at 161 Shoreland Drive to Michael and Deborah Caseley, of Gladstone, N.J., for $775,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,677 square feet of living area.

Willowbend
Charles and Theresa Feid, trustees, sold the home at 601 Crane Prairie Way to Mark and Dorothy Hodges, of Osprey, for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,347 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2006.

Meridian at the Oaks Preserve
Malcolm Greeno and Tibor Racz, of Osprey, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 3603 N. Point Road to Amy and Gabriel Cipau, of Key West, for $350,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,500 in 2011.

Bay Oaks Estates
Bruce and Geraldine Paugh, of Sarasota, sold their home at 558 Oak Bay Drive to Mary Pelegrin, of Solon, Ohio, for $324,800. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,548 square feet of living area.

Sorrento South

Michael and Shannon Hankin, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 406 Murillo Drive to Tracey Preston and Eric Sprouse, of Venice, for $320,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,200 in 2004.
