A home in McIntyre-Wilson-Potter tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Clifford and Nancy Pinder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1667 Hillview St. to Jean-Rene Goetze, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,682 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,428,900 in 2006.

Harbor Acres
Cassandra Nisbet and Timothy Smith sold their home at 1610 S. Orange Ave. to Henry Holdings LLC for $660,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,193 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2005.

Bay Point Apartments
Patricia and Robert Johnson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 43 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Frederick and Sharron Morrow, of Midland, Texas, for $575,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,647 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,500 in 2003.

Equity Trust Co., as Custodian FBO Louis W. Bossola, sold the Unit 700 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Susan Strong-Ribnik and Ronald Ribnik, of Morristown, N.J., for $530,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $486,600 in 2007.

Katharine Srur, of Miami Beach, sold the Unit 11-D condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Oaks Harbor LLC for $510,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2000.

Joseph Peixoto and Christine Peixoto, of Oxnard, Calif., sold their Unit 702 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Bruce and Rosanne Cohn, of Northport, N.Y., for $440,700. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Carol Laub, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1715 S. Oval Drive to James-Allen and Jennifer McPheeters, of Sarasota, for $405,000. Built in 1937, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,000 in 1996.

Michael Gautier, of Nokomis, sold his home at 2368 James Lane to Ian and Sarah Smith, of Sarasota, for $254,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,700 in 2013.
