The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 1 and April 4.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark Miller sold his home at 7941 Waterton Lane to Jeffrey Isaac, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,515,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 8,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,924,200 in 2007.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Gerald Jager and Jeanne Feldhusen, of New York, sold their home at 7007 Belmont Court to Prashant Pandya and Yumi Sakashita, of Lakewood Ranch, for $965,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million.

Alan and Ellen Evans, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13819 Milan Terrace to Edward Bradley III, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $476,000 in 2003.

Allison Zuckerman and Jennifer Hope, of Holmdel, N.J., sold their home at 7039 Vilamoura Place to Rickard Ovin, of Malmo, Sweden, for $535,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,771 square feet of living area.

Peter and Judith Caruso, of Sarasota, sold their home a 7110 Whitemarsh Circle to George and Penelope Jarjosa, of Lakewood Ranch, for $395,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,292 square feet of living area.

BankUnited sold the home at 7147 Presidio Glen to Kawaljit Singh, of Lakewood Ranch, for $281,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,600 in 2012.

Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 14805 Camargo Place to Donald and Sandra Murray, Glenwood, Md., for $925,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,470 square feet of living area.

Greg and Lisa Overman sold their home at 14511 Leopard Creek Place to Michael and Jacqueline Kennedy, of Downers Grove, Ill., for $570,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,479 square feet of living area.
