A home in Hidden Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy and Haven Beach, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5309 Hidden Harbor Road to James Riley Jr. and Jonathan Riley, trustees, of Mendota Heights, Minn., for $3.35 million. Built in 2007, it has six bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,655 square feet of living area.

William and Jane Knapp, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH-02 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Chase and Robin Curtis, of Wilton, Conn., for $1,565,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2008.

Betty McNell and Benjamin Hanan, trustees, sold the Unit 1504 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Jean-Pierre Safar, trustee, of Boston, for $1.45 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2003.

The other has no bedrooms, one bath and 522 square feet of living area. One previously sold for $510,000 in 2009 the other sold for $475,000 in 2005.

Marie Jecmikova, of Praha, Czech Republic, sold her Unit D condominium at 1216 Derby Lane to Stanislov Tarasov, of Sarasota, for $810,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2010.

Betty Danna and Joseph Danna Jr., trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, and Darla Warner, of Brecksville, Ohio, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Mimi Carlin, of Sarasota, for $728,000.
