Home in Country Club Village sells for $785,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 25 and March 1.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Andre and Letty Taburiaux, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8056 Royal Birkdale Circle to Paul and Kathleen Melnichuk, of Ontario, Canada, for $785,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2012.

Lawrence and Marilyn Kessler, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 8024 Royal Birkdale Circle to Bruce and Camille Calechman, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,148 square feet of living area.

Jacqueline Gilpin, of Oviedo, sold her home at 6809 Turnberry Isles Court to Hercules and Patricia Assimakopoulos, of Lakewood Ranch, for $513,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,789 square feet of living area.

LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7610 Silverwood Court to David Lazeski and Brian Johnson, of Bradenton, for $451,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,274 square feet of living area.

Noel and Laura Brewick sold their home at 8063 Royal Birkdale Circle to William and Margaret Kanuit, of Tonka Bay, Minn., for $449,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,500 in 2011.

River Club North
Kenneth Anthone, of Amherst, N.Y., sold his home at 6705 Oakmont Way to John Bray and Cynthia Bray, trustees, of Rogers, Ark., for $650,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $682,000 in 2010.

Sally Baumgartner, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6406 Spyglass Lane to Julianne Sunseri and Jeanne Noe, of Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1995.

River Club South
James and Joanne Chandler, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9505 Old Hyde Park Place to James and Tanja Malkovich, of Bradenton, for $549,900. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,641 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2003.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 10510 Winding Stream Way to Neal and Claudia DeBonte, of Bradenton, for $519,900. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,200 in 2012.

James and Audra Danko, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6713 Top Minnow Lane to Oleg Patent and Wendy Reynolds, of Bradenton, for $482,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedroom, three baths, a pool and 3,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2010.
