The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 21 and April 25.

A home in Coral Cove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan and Laurene Ross, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7422 Periwinkle Drive to Gregory and Renata Hayes, of Simsbury, Conn., for $3.48 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,564 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
Bayview Heights
John and Susan Beausang, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1640 Bayview Drive to Brian and Ailish Murphy, of Sarasota, for $1,525,000. Built in 1968, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,891 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2008.

Royal St. Andrew
Clyde and Juanita Connell, of Pagosa Springs, Colo., sold their Unit 1601 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Joanne Barker, of Washington, D.C., for $1.25 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two half-baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2006.

Phillippi Landings
William and M. Pauline Martin, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 802 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Bill and Alyson Nguyen, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2007.

Donald Faust Jr., trustee, of Spring City, Pa., sold the Unit 1602 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Ann Moore, trustee, of Elkhart, Ind., for $885,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2010.

Hudson Landings
Samuel and Teresa Swope, of Titusville, sold their Unit 868 condominium at 868 Hudson Ave. to Carl Caruso and Liza Caruso, trustees, of Sarasota, for $635,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $637,500 in 2004.

A. Terry and Mariann Moss, of Polk, Iowa, sold their Unit 204 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to Charlene Lindner, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $570,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $634,000 in 2005.

George and Susan Ritzer sold their Unit 302 condominium at 5450 Eagles Point Circle to Jack Kahgan, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,500 in 2005.

Steven Ross, of Osprey, Virginia Minello, of Jacksonville, and Patricia Kubiac, of Canfield, Ohio, sold their Unit 265 condominium at 1510 Pelican Point Drive to Stephen and Roberta Bonfilio, of Minnetonka, Minn., for $245,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,216 square feet of living area.

Jerold and Linda Ruschau, of Maineville, Ohio, sold their home at 5145 Oxford Drive to Wayne Pollack and Margaret Pollack, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.35 million. Robert Hinkle and Brenda Hinkle, trustees, of Purcellville, Va., sold the home at 224 Island Circle to Dawn and John Skinner, of Lovettsville, Va., for $850,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,423 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2009.
Oscar and Karen Martinez sold their home at 449 Avenida Del Norte to 449 Avenida Del Norte LLC for $450,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,234 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2004.
