Home in Bay Haven sells for $1.51 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 11 and Aug. 15.

A home in Bay Haven tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Patsy Taylor and Jill Burgart, trustees, sold the home at 2704 Bay Shore Road to Malouf and Therese Abraham, of Canadian, Texas, for $1.51 million. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 3,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1978.

SARASOTA
Condominium on the Bay
John and Priscilla Schlegel, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1904 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Bryan Davidson, of Tallahassee, for $825,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2003.

Patricia Poertner, of Moab, Utah, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Bella Adams, trustee, of Sarasota, for $685,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1983.

Anne and Gregory Cooney, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 707 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Jack and Kathryn Wells, of Sarasota, for $619,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $487,500 in 2011.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 423 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Claire Levin, of Sarasota, for $558,500. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $617,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 210 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Barry and Kathleen Marder, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2001.

Bay Point
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 31 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Anna DeRowe, of Saugerties, N.Y., for $530,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2005.

Clay Caldwell, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2562 Marblehead Drive to Brent and Pamela Klein, of Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2009.

Rivo at Ringling
Roberta Samuels, of Forest Hills, N.Y., sold her Unit 712 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Jeffrey Chirillo, of Englewood, for $370,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,800 in 2006.

Cynthia Johnson, trustee, of The Villages, sold the Unit 603 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Alice Shaw, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $707,300 in 2006.

Harry and Jaroslawa Meier, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 602 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Mag Paradise LLC for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $302,000 in 2010.

Lynda Nixon and Robert Jackson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4257 Kingston Court to Christopher and Teresa Kosecki, of Villa Park, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,814 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2013.

Potomac Group Homes LLC sold the home at 1710 Eighth St. to Farley Freeman, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 2010.

Marvin and Doris Cundiff, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7453 Mariana Drive to Glenn Wachter, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,000 in 2004.

Matthew and Dana Anderson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2452 Goldenrod St. to Patrick Falvey and Elisabeth Saxon, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,000 in 1997.

Brian and Carla Safigan sold their Unit 105 condominium at 6204 Midnight Pass Road to Frederick and Didi Romley, of Bronxville, N.Y., for $455,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2004.

Joseph and Lynn Bornstein, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit N-6 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Dane and Mary Nasenbenny, of La Grange, Ill., for $429,700. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,500 in 2011.

Richard and Nicole Pyle, trustees, of Ogden Dunes, Ind., sold two properties at 609 Harbor Shore Drive to C. Kelley and Gina Corbridge, of Nokomis, for $1,012,000.
