1 - Ryan Walker won the 50- and 100-yard freestyle at the Class 3A-District 8 meet Nov. 2. He became the first Braden River High swimmer to win two district titles.

2 - Cardinal Mooney senior Grace Casagrande crossed the finish line in 18 minutes, 19.53 seconds to finish second at the Class 1A-Region 3 cross-country meet Nov. 2.

3 - The Out-of-Door Academy and Lakewood Ranch High volleyball teams both won their opening matches to advance to the regional semifinals Nov. 5.

4 - Madison Jean and Sydney Panzarrino both captured individual district titles to lead the Lakewood Ranch High girls swim team to a third-place finish at the Class 3A-District 8 meet Nov. 2.

5 - The Braden River girls soccer team defeated Cardinal Mooney 3-2 Nov. 1.
