Hidden Harbor home tops week's sales at $2,875,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 26 and Sept. 30. A home in Hidden Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Northern Trust sold the home at 5132 Jungle Plum Road to Thomas and Alison Murphy, of Southampton, N.Y., for $2,875,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,928 square feet of living area.

Tiffany Sands
ARC Pool 1 LLC, of Coronado, Calif., sold the Unit 540 condominium at 548A Beach Road to Robert and Pamela Morris, Sarasota, for $753,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $949,000 in 2005.

Grand Siesta
Michael Alderfer, of Perkasie, Pa., and Mary Alderfer, of Souderton, Pa., sold their Unit 459 condominium at 459 Canal Road to William and Patricia Hurst, Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,653 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2004.

Horizons West
Jeff Downing, of Big Canoe, Ga., sold his Unit 202 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Schrage, of Fort Thomas, Ky., for $610,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2007.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Darlene Bates, of Youngstown, Ohio, sold her Unit G-45 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Dale Brown and Angela Pietig-Brown, of Zionsville, Ind., for $515,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 968 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,000 in 1997.

Villa Navarra
James and Tove Cravens, trustees, sold the Unit 1 condominium at 133 Avenida Messina to Daniel and Kathryn Ruscitto, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $230,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $45,000 in 1997.

Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club
Henry Mastrianna sold his Unit 511 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Mucci and Leslie Mastrianna, trustees, of Middlebury, Conn., for $200,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,000 in 1999.
