The leaders of popular HGTV show “Flip or Flop” are sending their team to Florida to spread knowledge about reading the local real estate market.

HGTV signed Tarek and Christina El Moussa onto their own TV show in 2012 after they successfully learned how to flip homes when the market was affected by the recession in 2008.  Since then, the couple has developed an educational team, Success Path, to share what they’ve learned about building a real estate business and becoming entrepreneurs.

This team is sent on the road, sometimes with the El Moussas, to get people started on developing their own real estate business — how to flip houses and make a profit. The team is visiting eight cities in Florida, including Lakewood Ranch. Two workshops will be held in Lakewood Ranch on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Polo Grill. Each session lasts about 2.5 hours. The couple may attend the sessions, however, the El Moussas recently had their second child and are not guaranteed to attend every city's workshop.

Tickets can be purchased here. The first 100 registrants will receive a free ticket; however, the regular ticket price is $147.
