It's budget time again, Heritage Harbour residents.

The East County community's Community Development District board unanimously approved its 2015-2016 fiscal year budget at the group's meeting Aug. 4.

The group approved a budget that equaled the same spending limit as last year, $413,000, which includes a $10,500 increase for roadway repair and maintenance and a $5,000 increase for sidewalk repair and maintenance.

The sidewalk boost will also fund pressure washing the paths throughout the community.

As a result of supervisors changing the way the methodology is applied to the annual budget, Stoneybrook residents will see an increase in annual assessments that range from $12.35 to $16.80, while Lighthouse Cove residents will see decreases.

Lighthouse Cove residents who own single-family homes will pay $80.16 less in annual fees, and condo owners will see a decrease of $69.65.

Refinancing Lighthouse Cove's bond was a factor in the lower payment for those residents.
