Harmony home tops all sales at $870,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 3 and Oct. 7.

A home in Harmony tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Fred Pflaum, Sarasota, sold his home at 4919 Primrose Path to Scott Wenk, Sarasota, for $870,000. Built in 1989, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,637 square feet of living area.

Siesta Isles
Geoffrey and Constance Older sold their home at 5584 Shadow Lawn Drive to Rolf Zimmerman, of Maennedorft, Switzerland, for $709,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1993.

Island House
Mark Anderson, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold his Unit 7 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to RSJ Capital LLC for $410,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in April.

Horizons West
Billy Jo King and Daniel Stohs, trustees, sold the Unit C-2 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Paul and Mary Hojnacki, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $400,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
John and Dorothy Grimes sold their Unit 207 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Marcel Just, Pittsburgh, for $370,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,000 in 1977.
Harbour Towne
Cheryl Donaldson and Hon Pham, Tampa, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 1205 Dockside Place to Calkun Real Estate II LLC for $345,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2007.

Twin Oaks Pond
Catherine Giliberti, of Roslyn, N.Y., sold her home at 5245 Winding Way to Marcia Staples, Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,791 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2003.

Siesta Beach
Sharon DiBello, Sarasota, sold the home at 4859 Commonwealth Drive to Mark and Deborah Yoder, Denver, for $255,000. Built in 1950, it has one bedroom, three baths and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $101,000 in 1979.
NSF Development LLC sold the home at 5011 Commonwealth Drive to Nick and Sara Ferguson, Sarasota, for $200,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,459 square feet of living area.

Crescent Royale
Ellen Jackel, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 105 condominium at 797 Beach Road to Francis and Phyllis Carlin, of Bethpage, N.Y., for $237,500. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $426,000 in 2004.

Sunrise Cove
David and Christeen Hughes sold their Unit 320 condominium at 8977 Midnight Pass Road to David and Andrea Storey, of Glasgow, Scotland, for $218,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one bath and 726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,000 in 1999.
