A condominium in The Grande Riviera tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Roskamp, of Sarasota, sold his Unit PH900 condominium at 420 Golden Gate Point to 420 Golden Gate Point LLC for $4.6 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths 5,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.3 million in 2005.

M. Jay Lancer, of Sarasota, sold his home at 555 Beach Road to David and Sonila Cook and George and Ruby Cook, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,125,000. Built in 1997, it has six bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 1999.

Villagewalk
William and Tova Fisch, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 5757 Valente Place to Richard and Mallory Goewey, of Vilas, N.C., for $525,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2011.

Alan and Pamela Kitty, of Sarasota, sold their home at 688 Shadow Bay Way to Richard Giannascoli, of Clifton, Va., for $442,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $332,500 in 2013.

Gulf to Bay Club
David Macrae and Susan Macrae, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the Unit 7 condominium at 113 Casey Key Road to Jill Rose for $410,000. Built in 1967, it has one bedroom, one bath and 652 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $317,500 in 2014.

Dan Dinges, of Houston, sold his Unit 400B condominium at 420 Golden Gate Point to Stuart Meistrich, of Sarasota, for $2,520,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,595,000 in 2005.

Ai and Monica Streacker, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1605 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Kenneth and Pamela Jonson, of Sarasota, for $920,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2004.

Golden Gate Point
Teal and Anthony Wilson sold their home at 633 Golden Gate Point to Realbasics Goldengate LLC for $695,000. Built in 1956, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,643 square feet of living area.

John and Julianne Edwards, trustees, of Nashville, Tenn., sold the Unit 601 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Rexford Manuel, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2010.

Zachary Hanna and Mae Barker, of Jacksonville, sold their home at 512 Madison Court to Timothy and Pamela Doyle, of Birmingham, Mich., for $525,000. Built in 1922, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2013.

Francis and Marion Fitzpatrick, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8279 Varenna Drive to Paula Pollachek and Nancy Zacky, trustees, of Akron, Ohio, for $449,000. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,500 in 2014.

Mary Ann Rihm and Thomas Swinson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 509 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Mehasti Behbahani, of Sarasota, for $403,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2007.

Donna Tighe, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1206 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Kevin Miska, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2009.

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold two properties at 627 Ohio Place to JoAnn DeMartini, of Sarasota, for $348,000. The first, built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 894 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1925, it has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $66,500 in 1997.

Nicholas Hughes, of St. Petersburg, sold his home at 1741 Siesta Drive to Ekaterina Reana Iovina, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2009.

Robert and Astrid Stephan sold their Unit 1602 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Marilyn Mongiello, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2002.

Anmark Properties LLC sold the home at 2310 Bradford St. to Jonathan Silver and Sarah Schopp, of Ontario, Canada, for $259,900. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,000 in June.

Joseph Farris and Sheryl Harris, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3113 Mayflower St. to Giovanni Migliorini, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $103,900 in 1999.

Sara Taylor sold her home at 8905 Pohoy Ave. to Ricardo Escalona, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,000 in 2011.

Michael Davis and Robin Draper, trustees, sold the home at 108 Sand Dollar Lane to Richard Hawrylo, of Mountain View, Calif., for $1 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2009.

H2M2 Partners LLC sold the Unit 721 condominium at 6350 Midnight Cove Road to Midnight Cove 721 LLC for $525,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $156,500 in 1990.

Bruce and Nancy Wilson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 222 condominium at 1800 Midnight Cove II Place to Robert and Patricia Scarfone, of Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich., for $520,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2007.

US Bank National Association sold the Unit 100 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Gary North and Rene Meyer-North, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 921 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.

La Siesta
Jules Acquisitions LLC sold the Unit 209 condominium at 925 Beach Road to Gibson International LLC for $325,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 697 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,000 in August.

Gulf Holiday Apartments
Four Bees By The Sea LP sold the Unit 4 condominium at 73 Avenida Messina to Vincent Campana, of Williamsburg, Va., for $285,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2013.

Harold and Heidi Ley, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5116 Cantabria Crest to Bruce Malear, of Caseyville, Ill., for $520,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2010.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
Richard Edgar and Geraldine Cole, trustees, of Flat Rock, N.C., sold the home at 8872 Macgregor Lane to Patricia Cardinale and Patrick Cardinale, trustees, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,074 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $557,000 in 2005.

Stonebridge
Gerhard Toth and Timca Molnar, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7470 Featherstone Blvd. to Jeryl McNeilly, of Bayville, N.J., for $303,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2006.
