Grand Bay unit sells for $1.55 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 23 and May 27. A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Eugene Oberdorfer II, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold the Unit 461 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Dennis and Kelley Hiller, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., for $1.55 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2005.

Corey’s Landing
Barry and Bridget Schnepel sold their home at 3565 Mistletoe Lane to Frank and Kathleen Burke, of Greensboro, Ga., for $1,015,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,158 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $845,000 in 2010.

Longboat Key Towers
Anthony and Linda Ciliberti, of Sarasota, sold their Unit S-804 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Kevan and Carolyn Johnston, of Rochester, Mich., for $1 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,330,000 in 2006.

Queens Harbour
Sharon Farmer, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 3613 Fair Oaks Place to Eileen Raffo, of New York City, for $765,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,232 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $393,600 in 1995.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Stephanie Bank sold her Unit 2103 condominium at 2101 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kurtis and Karen Miller, of Plymouth, Minn., for $625,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,100 in 1986.

The Shore
Elinor Fishman, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 105 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eric and Magdalena Nodland, of Deerfield, Ill., for $470,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,000 in 1983.

Fairway Bay
David Rothgaber and Lynn Kitchen, trustees, sold the Unit 146 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Cheryl Nelson, of Wykagyl, N.Y., for $420,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Mary Murray, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., sold her Unit 199 condominium at 903 Spanish Drive S. to Mark Dugan and Margaret Covney-Dugan, of Pittsford, N.Y., for $420,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2002.

Daniel Palermo, trustee, of Plymouth, Mass., sold the Unit 127 condominium at 563 Spanish Drive S. to William Kopp, of Schenectady, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2008.

John Ringling Estates
Edward and Betty Levi, of Sarasota, sold their home at 454 N. Washington Drive to Stanley Shulman and Janet Kahan, of Sarasota, for $1.34 million. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,208 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments
Trustee Services LLC, trustee, sold the Unit 23 condominium at 763 John Ringling Blvd. to Roy Leaney and Francene Connolly, of Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,500 in 2015.

Lido Key

Lido Ambassador
Lauren Danielson, of Bradenton, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark and Gail Lauzon, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $450,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $353,000 in 2011.
