Girl Scout troop delivers tasty treats

Girl Scout Brownie Troop 764 cooked up a special batch of treats for the area’s homeless pets recently.

Girls in the troop donated dog treats they made from scratch as well as handmade catnip toys to the Lakewood Ranch Humane Society, which the organization eagerly distributed the goodies to the animals under its care.
