Sarasota vs. Braden River — Sarasota and Braden River both enter tonight's game looking for their first district win of the season. The Sailors will go to quarterback Hunter DeWitt and wide receiver Shawn Bane Jr., who have become one of the area's top pass-catch duos, to lead the offense. ODA vs. Southwest Florida Christian — ODA is coming off a 27-14 non-district victory over first-year program Imagine School of North Port. Quarterback Evan Wilson surpassed the 5,000-yard passing mark for the season last week and hope to lead the Thunder to victory in tonight's Homecoming game. ODA needs win its last three district games to keep its playoff hopes alive.

Lakewood Ranch at Dixie Hollins — Lakewood Ranch is searching for its third district victory of the season tonight. The Mustangs had a chance to rest up during last week's BYE week and should be ready to face the winless rebels. A win tonight and Lakewood will set itself up for a potential playoff berth next week with a win against Largo.

Booker vs. Avon Park — Booker is coming off its first shutout of the season last week — a 27-0 victory over LaBelle in its Homecoming game. After a disappointing start to the season, the Tornadoes have won their last two district games. Quarterback Alex Riddle is coming off a three touchdown performance last week and hope to lead Booker past an Avon Park team that has been shut out four times this season. A win tonight and the Tornadoes will keep their playoff hopes alive for another week.

Frostproof at Cardinal Mooney — Cardinal Mooney enters tonight's district contest looking to avenge last season's heartbreaking triple overtime loss to Frostproof, which ultimately kept the Cougars out of the playoffs. The Cougars need a win tonight to keep their playoff hopes alive with only one district game remaining on the schedule.

Riverview will need strong performances from quarterback Dom Marino and running back Karan Higdon to walk away with a win and remain in the playoff picture.
