The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 24 and Nov. 28.
A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Susan Thill, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1143 Morningside Place to George and Lindsey Capps, of Sarasota, for $1,115,500. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2005.
Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Douglas Fiske, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 3204 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Deanne Rife, of Longboat Key, for $659,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2012.
Sand Cay
James and Marina Butler, of Mundelein, Ill., sold their Unit 117 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Umme Jiwaji, of Sarasota, for $608,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,900 in 2003.
Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Frances and Jack Heller, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 524 condominium at 524 Bayport Way to Ziv and Shelly Sarig, of Pepper Pike, Ohio, for $433,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,531 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2001.
Cedars East
Stephen and Sandra Retford, of Oakland Park, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 605 Cedars Court to Satya and Anjanipriya Tallamraju, of Munster, Ind., for $257,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1999.

Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Lucy Brackett, of Lansing, Kansas, for $335,000. Built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,500 in 2005.
