The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 10 and Dec. 28.

A home in Mira Mar tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Theresa Flotteron, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8191 Midnight Pass Road to Daniel and Nina Booth, of Monkton, Md., for $2,225,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,919,400 in 2004.

Peacock Road
Andrew Sloman, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 6841 Peacock Road to Scott and Alexandra Barcomb, of Sarasota, for $1,725,000. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 4,507 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3 million in 2006.

La Mer
Eleanor Rivers, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 26B condominium at 409 Beach Road to Harvinder Anand, of Sarasota, for $1,675,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 4,178 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,735,000 in 2004.

Siesta Properties
Margaret Wood, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7500 Midnight Pass Road to Mai Carter, trustee, of Sarasota, for $951,400. Built in 1972, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 1999.

Siesta’s Bayside
Linda Vrable, of Sarasota, sold her home at 631 Waterside Way to Joseph Honer Jr., of Media, Pa., for $925,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $932,500 in 2003.

Sarasota Beach
Donald Pecor, trustee, sold the home at 222 Island Circle to Bret Prather, of Muncie, Ind., for $890,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,742 square feet of living area.
Fred Asmussen, trustee, of Tyler, Texas, sold the home at 130 Island Circle to Yan Ness and Judith Spaly-Ness, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $808,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $542,000 in 2002.

Siesta Beach
Timothy and Heather Roberts, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5111 Dewey Place to Mark and Lisa Ehrhart for $750,000. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,317 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,000 in 1995.

Jerold and Jane Jeffries, of Sarasota, sold their home at 618 Treasure Boat Way to Susan Monahan, trustee, of University Park, for $385,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.

Village Place
Leonard and Lori DeCostanzo, trustees, of Massapequa, N.Y., sold the Unit 4 condominium at 351 Tierra Mar Lane to Richard and JoAnn Mirabito, of Norwich, N.Y., for $700,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2008.

Siesta Gulf View
P and D Fun House LLC sold the Unit 707 condominium at 420 Beach Road to Lisa Wurst, trustee, of E. Grand Rapids, Mich., for $658,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2007.

Windward Passage
John Burke, trustee, and Judy Burke sold the Unit W-5 condominium at 4712 Ocean Blvd. to Andrew and Elizabeth Eisenberg, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2002.

Tortuga Beach
Robert Marean sold his Unit 502 condominium at 8750 Midnight Pass Road to Arthur and Sanra Skop, of Vienna, Va., for $575,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,600 in 1975.

Ernest and Jody Artur, of Deal Island, Md., sold their Unit 100 condominium at 8750 Midnight Pass Road to Stephen and Jane Gardner, of Sarasota, for $535,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,500 in 2000.

Donald Booth, of York, Maine, sold his Unit 300 condominium at 8710 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Booth, of Topsfield, Mass., for $260,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area.

Our House at the Beach
Frederick and Patricia Norris, of Garwood, N.J., sold their Unit A-701 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Chih Huang and Cho Win, of Sarasota, for $565,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1989.

Gulf and Bay Club
Christopher and Valerie Roberts sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Aaron and Jacqueline Van Duyne, of Pine Brook, N.J., for $560,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1983.

Island House
John Farrell and Mario Garcia Jr., of Sarasota, sold their Unit 10-N condominium at 6142 Midnight Pass Road to Spartin Development LLC for $550,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $729,000 in 2002.

The Terrace
Arlene Henez, of Prospect Heights, Ill., sold the Unit 72 condominium at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to Jay and Lynn Girotto, of Kirkland, Wash., for $540,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1993.

Hamilton Club
Shelley Ebner sold her Unit 13 condominium at 3942 Hamilton Club Circle to Hamilton Club 13 Inc. for $506,400. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2010.

Sara Sands
Thomas Zellars and Maryla Trmarco sold their home at 5168 Sandy Cove Ave. to Timothy Mullins and Deborah Widmer, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1997.

Horizons West
John and Susan Hoskins sold their Unit B-7 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Danny and Cathy Middlesworth, of Swayzee, Ind., for $500,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2010.

Tortoise Estates
David and Laurie Saslow, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1145 Horizon View Drive to Christopher Shoop, of W. Chester, Ohio, for $475,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2007.

Siesta Harbor
Charles and Judith Freyer sold their Unit 502 condominium at 1355 S. Portofino Drive to Robert and Cynthia Holden, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $400,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2009.

James and Tamara Ley, of Lewisburg, Ky., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to Darryl Lewandowski and Judith Brown, of Colden, N.Y., for $260,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,000 in 2005.

Richard Gaul and Marilyn Killian, of Boyne Falls, Mich., sold their Unit 17 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to James and Diane Roytz, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $39,000 in 1977.

Sea Village
Julie Inman, of Sarasota, sold her Unit P-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Neil Sapin, of Scottsdale, Ariz., for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Bay Tree Club
Eugene and Carole Carson sold their Unit 203 condominium at 8635 Midnight Pass Road to Katharina Schneider-Heinz, of Naurod, Germany, for $385,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2004.

Siesta Town House
Edward and Nancy Gonczy sold their Unit 107 condominium at 4532 Ocean Blvd. to Kelley Carpenter, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area.

Fisherman’s Cove
Raymond Witkowski and Frank Whitsura, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 108 condominium at 9000 Blind Pass Road to William Bortz, of Akron, Ohio, for $382,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1999.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
Robert and Joanne Corirossi, of Rockford, Ill., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 6287 Midnight Pass Road to Gavin and Marguerite Whitmore, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 1994.

Midnight Cove II
Linda Daros, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 931 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to 56092 Newfoundland and Labrador Ltd. for $349,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1994.

Sunrise Cove
Teresa Kersey, of Morristown, N.J., sold her Unit 405 condominium at 8897 Midnight Pass Road to Alan and Sherri Kersey, of Columbia, Md., for $340,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1988.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Norma Brooks, of Elmira, N.Y., sold her Unit 606 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to David Hickey, of Plymouth Vt., for $333,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,000 in 1997.

Arthur and Sandra Skop sold their Unit 402 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to John and Teresa Knippel, of St. Paul, Minn., for $322,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2008.

La Siesta
Lorenzo and Gelsomina Spinelli sold their Unit 419 condominium at 915 Beach Road to Glenn Anderly, of Cranston, R.I., for $295,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2007.

Boca Siesta
Daniel and Diane Percella, of Bayonne, N.J., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 5911 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher and Katy Percella, of Hoboken, N.J., for $285,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,500 in 2009.

Siesta Beach House
Alleen Fromwiller, trustee, of N. Bellmore, N.Y., sold the Unit 319 condominium at 5950 Midnight Pass Road to Donald and Karen Pallies, of Pitman, N.J., for $280,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1985.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
William and Mary Finn, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 220 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Lynn Jones, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 2001.

Peppertree Bay
Thomas Kleissler, trustee, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1200 Peppertree Lane to Ronald and Janice Melnik, of Durham, Conn., for $271,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1997.

Midnight Sea
Capri International Properties Inc. sold the Unit 6784 condominium at 6784 Sarasea Circle to Robert and Shelly Kydd, of Tyngsboro, Mass., for $250,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,000 in 2000.

Jamaica Royale
Kenneth and Janet Kravec, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 51 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Joy Murphy, of Cincinnati, for $235,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.
