Four-bedroom Concession home sells for $2.4 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 9 and March 13. A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Carol Busse, trustee, of Ft. Wayne, Ind. sold the home at 19429 Ganton Ave. to Bryan and Abigail Bulaga, of Bradenton, for $2.4 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,902 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
James Schumm and Titi McNeill sold their home at 13315 Palmers Creek Terrace to Donald and Cynthia Paxton, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,171 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2009.

Wahoo Inc. sold the home at 12803 Forsgate Place to Thomas Jones and Kathleen DeGregorio, trustees, for $904,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2014.

The Northern Trust Co. sold the home at 13318 Lost Key Place to Nathan and Heather Perry, of Bradenton, for $900,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,948 square feet of living area. 

Paul and Susan Stokes, of Stamford, Conn., sold their home at 14520 Secret Harbor Place to Colin and Rose Nadeau, of Andover, Mass., for $870,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,404 square feet of living area. 

Michael Balfe and Jacqueline Harris, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7063 Vilamoura Place to David and Pamela Bechtol, of Presto, Pa., for $625,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2013.

Thomas Jones, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7439 Edenmore St. to Stephenie Ferguson, of Saratoga, Calif., and Robin Hirsch, of Lakewood Ranch, for $490,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,252 square feet of living area.
