Four bedroom Cherokee Park home sells for $1.85 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 23 and July 27.

A home in Cherokee Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael Bernstein and Sarah Skebba sold their home at 1758 Cherokee Drive to Michael and Tina Lepore, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 2010.

SARASOTA
Oyster Bay Estates
J. Morgan and Alison O’Donoghue, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4450 Camino Real to Kenneth and Amy Sussman, of Sarasota, for $1,697,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2003.

One Watergate
Adam Walker, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 4F condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Robert and Patricia Thornton for $415,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,577 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2009.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 303 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Roy Good for $325,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2000.

South Gate
Karl Helbig and Angelo Ingorvaia, of Osprey, sold their home at 3637 Mineola Drive to Carol McNamara, of Sarasota, for $318,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,926 square feet of living area.

South Highland
Robert Ace, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1817 Worrington St. to Brian Israel, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $265,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,500 in 2004.

Woodlawn
Mission Property Partner LLC sold the home at 2527 Wilkinson Road to Robert Koch, of Ewing, N.J., for $239,600. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,500 in 2004.

Ashton Lakes
Patricia Grady, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 5513 condominium at 5513 Ashton Lake Drive to Donald and Anita Hamilton, of Selkirk, N.Y., for $201,800. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2001.

OSPREY
Southpointe Shores
CNLBank sold the home at 7631 Cove Terrace to Adam and Suzanne Armbruster, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,496 square feet of living area.

Bay Acres
Cary Dunn, of Osprey, sold his home at 606 Bayshore Drive to Don Wakefield, of Canton, Ga., for $730,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,351 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,475,000 in 2003.

The Woodlands at Rivendell
Sunset Forever LLC sold the home at 956 Scherer Way to Wolfgang Ebenbichler and Leslie Casanova-Ebenbichler, of Waynesville, N.C., for $360,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,000 in June.

Isles of Sarasota
K. Douglas Maas and Karen Fehr sold their home at 5946 Roseto Place to Michael and Coleen de Crescente, of Miami, for $355,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,400 in 2009.

The Country Club of Sarasota
John Arreola and Judith Arreola, trustee, sold the home at 3900 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Michael and Melissa Burns, of Sarasota, for $355,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,900 in 1983.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
James Schaeffer, of Osprey, sold his home at 1243 Flying Bridge Lane to Ellen Markowitz and Joyce Goldhahn, of Broomall, Pa., for $345,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Villa D’Este
Helena Cooley, of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., sold her home at 7255 Villa D’Este Drive to Thomas and Margaret Wolohan, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2000.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
Arthur and Nancy Romp, of Avon, Ohio, sold their home at 8756 Pebble Creek Lane to William and Donna South, of Crestwood, Ky., for $325,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,900 in 1997.

The Boatyard
Boatyard Condos LLC sold the Unit 302 condominium at 1566 Stickney Point Road to James and Kimberly Cascio, of Millersville, Pa., for $325,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,500 in 2006.

Villagewalk
Lesley Conzelman and Ellen Schaller, of Chicago, sold their home at 5757 Helicon Place to Victor Kaasik and Maie Kaasik, of Ontario, Canada, for $283,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,700 in 2003.

Wellington Chase
Richard and Margaret Ruck, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4954 Oldham St. to Kevin and Patrice Kwiat, of Whitesboro, N.Y., for $282,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,960 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,000 in 2003.

Provence Gardens
Mike McDonald, of Horner Glen, Ill., sold the Unit 102 condominium at 7515 Botanica Parkway to James and Wanda Schmidt, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

Sunrise Golf Club Estates
Robert and Liselotte Krauss, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6126 Approach Lane to Gordon Lippe, of Sarasota, for $229,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,500 in 1999.

NOKOMIS
Laurel Woodlands
Janice O’Day and John Serrapica, of Nokomis, sold her home at 1073 Eisenhower Drive to Kathryn and Brian Buono, of Nokomis, for $240,000. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,380 square feet of living area.
