Fairway Bay condominium unit sells for $750,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 8 and Sept. 12.

A condominium in Fairway Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Larry and Nola Hietbrink sold their Unit 904 condominium at 1918 Harbourside Drive to Michael and Rhea Dow, of Charlevoix, Mich., for $750,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2004.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Mary Kavanagh, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 783 Marbury Lane to Joseph Chiarella, of Douglaston, N.Y., for $650,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,863 square feet of living area.

Harbour Oaks II
Dale Baier sold the home at 2335 Harbour Oaks Drive to Michael and Evelyn Williams-Jones, of New York City, for $480,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1997.

Lido Key
Lido Beach House

Diane Green, of University Park, sold the Unit 1 condominium at 945 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Deborah McCarthy, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $510,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.

St. Armands Key
Sarasota Harbour Apartments

William Miller Jr., trustee, of Duxbury, Mass., sold the Unit 32 condominium at 763 John Ringling Blvd. to William and Sandy Miller, of Duxbury, Mass., for $225,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $66,500 in 1984.
