En Provence unit sells for $2 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 13 and Aug. 17.

A condominium in En Provence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark Cassis, trustee, sold the Unit 3 condominium at 2151 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dawn Beswick and Katherine English, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $2 million. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.25 million in 2005.

The Water Club I
Philip Kotler, trustee, and Nancy Kotler, of Chautauqua, N.Y., sold the Unit 603 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Goode Croft LP for $1,525,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,575,000 in 2004.

Sleepy Lagoon
Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 637 Norton St. to Seabay AB for $995,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,654 square feet of living area.

Privateer North
Anatoly and Ida Fridland, of Brookline, Mass., sold their Unit 502 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Olivier Bertrand and Michele Jadin, of Quebec City, for $497,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2003.

Lido Towers
Frederick and Cynthia Gustat, trustees, sold the Unit 508 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael & Nancy LLC for $392,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $644,000 in 2005.

Lido Harbour
Richard and Janice Pearce, of Boalsburg, Pa., sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Marc Gordon and Barbara Duffy, trustees, of W. Newton, Mass., for $300,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2008.

Longboat Harbour
Kathryn Lee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Paul Coovert and Malihe Karimi, of Great Falls, Va., for $274,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,000 in 2002.
