The East Manatee Bulldogs opened the season with a 28-0 victory over the Hardee Wildcats during the FYD Jamboree Aug. 24.

Noah Benghuzzi scored a pair of touchdowns on a 3-yard carry and a 60-yard interception return. Zorick Rainey scored on a 12-yard carry and Drevon McConnehead added a 32-yard touchdown run.

Mitchell Warner had a pair of interceptions and Vincent Menno had an interception to lead the way for the Bulldogs defensively.
