Baseball

Braden River beat Manatee 7-6. JJ Bouche singled in the game-winning run in the seventh inning for the Pirates. 

The Out-of-Door Academy beat Evangelical Christian 12-6. Najee Rhodes went 3-4 with a double and a home run. 

Softball

Braden River defeated Manatee 8-0. Lexie Phelps threw a three-hitter for the Pirates. 

Golf

Bill Wachter and Edd Mozen (-10) won the Palm Aire Country Club Men's Golf Association best ball event. David Cobb, Frank Darling, David Murphy and Bernie Duggan won the Nine Hole Men's Golf Association scramble event at the club with a score of -3.94.

At Rosedale Country Club's Men's Day better ball event, Jim Kehoe and Dave Hennessey (59) won Flight 1, Jim Heotis and Herb Hassell (60) won Flight 2, Ron Lang and Roger McShane (60) won Flight 3, Paul Bennett and Fred Riddle (60) won Flight 4, Herb Kuenhle and Hans Fischer (65) won Flight 5.
