Delays expected through 4 p.m. Tuesday at New Pass Bridge on Longboat Key

Maintenance work will cause bridge to be open often

Expect delays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at New Pass Bridge on Longboat Key, according to the bridge tender.

The bridge will be opened for as workers perform maintenance.

"It will not be continuous and they will attempt to keep traffic moving," according to an email by Laura Adams, administrative assistant for the Town of Longboat Key.
