Crystal Sands home tops sales at $775,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 14 and Nov. 18.

A condominium in Crystal Sands tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marsha Miller, trustee, of Hartville, Ohio, sold the Unit 606 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to M&D 606 Crystal Sands LLC, of Belleville, Ill., for $775,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,300 in 2010.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Franklin and Danitta Craft, Sarasota, sold their Unit 106 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to James Riley Jr. and Jonathan Riley, trustees, of Mendota Heights, Minn., for $690,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,000 in 1980.

Sunrise Cove
Mary Gross, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 210 condominium at 8911 Midnight Pass Road to Lawrence and Joann Barowski, of Owosso, Mich., for $320,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2001.

Anchorage
Samuel Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., sold his Unit 305 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Matthew Gissing, of Toronto, Canada, for $315,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2006.

Revised Siesta
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 3911 Roberts Point Road to Gary and Lynne Jonsohn, of Toronto, Canada, for $292,400. Built in 1946, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in July.

La Siesta
Karen Day sold the Unit 210 condominium at 925 Beach Road to Joseph Zutlas, Ocala, for $285,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,500 in 2000.

Sarasota Beach
James Laurent and Deanna Prince, Sarasota, sold their home at 165 Island Circle to Darren Clark and Trine Ackelman, New York, for $285,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1994.

Midnight Cove II
John and Janet Alderfer of Telford, Pa., sold their Unit 411 condominium at 1600 Midnight Cove II Place to Frank and Mary Schreck, of Orchard Park, N.Y., for $265,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1992.

Jamaica Royale
Fred Falkner, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 27 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to George and Judy Mass, Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1962, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area.

Madeline Lorts, trustee, of Troy, Mich., sold the Unit 64 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Daniel and Patricia Dreeman, of Holland, Pa., for $225,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2003.
