Sarasota County is seeking feedback for its “Voice of the Customer” survey Until Feb. 18.

“The survey is one way we learn which services our library users depend on and which services they consider critical in fulfilling their information needs,” said Libraries General Manager Sarabeth Kalajian, in a news release. “The information we receive helps us develop everything from new programs to more cost-effective ways of providing services.”

The Sarasota County Library System attracts more than 2.4 million visits annually to its nine libraries, in addition to hosting virtual services via the website and online resources.

Survey forms are available in each of the nine Sarasota County libraries or online at www.sclibs.net. This is the third year in a row the survey has been performed.

For more information, contact the Sarasota County Call Center at 861-5000 and ask about the Voice of the Customer survey.
