County to host workshops

Topics include health care and bus fares, among others.

Manatee County will tackle several community-wide issues during workshops Tuesday.

Starting at 9 a.m., the board will discuss housing and the John Marble Pool site. Then, from 1:30 to 4 p.m., it will talk about the medical examiner facility, a grant opportunity and transit/handy bus fares.

The meetings will be held on the fourth floor in the Manatee Room of the Manatee County Government building, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
