Country Club Village home sells for $1,325,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 28 and Aug. 1.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Rosalinda Ross, of Dover, Mass., sold their home at 7007 Portmarnock Place to James and Elisebeth Larranaga, of Coral Gables, for $1,325,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,275,000 in 2010.

Greenbrook Village
Arthur Brown, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 15016 Bowfin Terrace to Dana Soldati and Michael Johnson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $625,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $669,600 in 2006.

David and Deborah Ingram sold their home at 6530 Flycatcher Lane to Michael and Tracy Kasper, of Lakewood Ranch, for $383,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2007.

Bradford Spencer, of Bradenton, sold his home at 6627 Chickadee Lane to John and Amy Bower, of Lakewood Ranch, for $376,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,000 in 2012.

George and Jessica Sandoval, of Sarasota, sold their home at 15661 Lemon Fish Drive to Joseph and Kathryn Flesche, of Lakewood Ranch, for $372,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2007.
