Country Club East home sells for $900,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 23 and June 27.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Paula Shapiro, of Marietta, Ga., sold their home at 15105 Camargo Place to Enrique and Ivette Anglade, of Lakewood Ranch, for $900,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $705,000 in 2011.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Joseph Bunting, trustee, of Marco Island, sold the home at 13723 Oasis Terrace to Joseph Bell Jr. and Ellen Bell, trustees, of Villanova, Pa., for $801,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,917 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2010.

Douglas Behler and Davene Heckman sold their home at 7111 Orchid Island Place to Edward and Terri Kionka, of Edwardsville, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2013.

Jonathan Laurens, of Glenview, Ill., sold his home at 7115 Presidio Glen to Jennifer and Mark Eubanks, of Lakewood Ranch, for $340,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 2013.

Neusa Spendlove, of West Palm Beach, sold the home at 7428 Wexford Court to Patricia and Barry Portnowitz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $331,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,141 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $293,500 in 2010.

H. Edward Shill II sold his home at 7018 Woodmore Terrace to Stuart and Rosalind Minors, of Southampton, Bermuda, for $265,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.
