Coquina Beach home sells for $5.75 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 3 and Nov. 7.

A home in Coquina Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. H. Lee Scott, trustee, and Linda Scott, of Golden Oak, sold the home at 2735 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Vail Properties LLC for $5.75 million. Built in 2008, it has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, three half baths, a pool and 6,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $6,650,200 in 2010.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
J.B. Pinski, trustee, and Dolores Pinski sold the Unit G-901 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Ian and Caryn Wilbraham, of Longboat Key, for $3.3 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,293,200 in 1994.

A. Victor and Ann Woods sold their Unit D-505 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Longboat Key Club LLC for $1,562,500. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 1993.

Grand Bay
Joe Henson, trustee, of Greenwich, Conn., sold the Unit 221 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Lenoard and Nanci Mackenzie, of Dallas, for $1,275,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2009.

Longboat Key Yacht and Tennis Club
SFLP Investments LLC sold the Unit 401 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Melissa Long, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $849,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2008.

Country Club Shores
Astrid Monterroso sold the home at 549 Gunwale Lane to SFLP Investments LLC for $800,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2011.

Beachplace
Christopher Iacobelli, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 1065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Clifford and Shirley Buckley, of Boerne, Texas, for $655,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2013.

Myra Monfort, trustee, of Fort Collins, Colo., sold the Unit 102 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Anne Slater, of Germantown, Tenn., for $650,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $629,000 in 2012.

Maxwell Westerman, of Chicago, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 1065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Ellen Bobrow, of Hauppauge, N.Y., for $555,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1995.
