Property Damage: A woman reported that someone had kicked the fence in front of her home, and that the screws had been pushed out of the fence as a result. DING DONG DITCH
6:15 a.m. — 1800 block of Wisteria Street
Suspicion: A man said that somebody has been repeatedly ringing his doorbell and running away from the property. Three incidents had happened in the past week, he said. The night before, he saw three subjects running away from his house. The man said the individuals appeared to be children between 10-12 in age. An officer was unable to find any individuals in the area following the most recent incident.

ART CRITIC
8:37 a.m. — 1700 block of Seventh Street
Dispute: A man reported that his neighbor has trash strewn about her yard and posted a large picture of a crying baby facing his property. The man said he’s tried to speak to the neighbor in the past, and she told him the items in her yard are art. The man said he’s contacted his neighborhood association and city code enforcement. An officer encouraged him to take photos of the items in the neighbors’ yard, but that the issue was civil in nature. When an officer asked the neighbor about the items, she told the officer they were art and part of a “work in progress.” When asked about the large picture of a crying baby, the woman laughed hysterically and said she would turn it around.

Suspicion: An officer responded to a report of a man exposing himself at a park. The officer made contact with a man who matched the description given in the men’s bathroom.
