The following information was gathered from incident and arrest reports obtained from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

GREENFIELD PLANTATION
Dec. 11
 8 p.m. 
— 900 block of Springwood Circle. Criminal mischief ($200.01 to $999.99). The victim reported unknown person(s) threw a rock at the back window of his vehicle, shattering the window, sometime during the night.

LAKEWOOD RANCH
Dec. 10
 10:45 a.m.
— 8255 Legacy Blvd. (Legacy Golf Club). Grand theft. The victim reported he was at the driving range of the Legacy Golf Club when an unknown person took his wallet from his golf bag.

STONE CREEK
Dec. 13
 2:30 p.m.
— 3600 block of 29th Street Court E. Attempted burglary. The defendants attempted to enter the victim’s residence by cutting the screen door in the back of the residence. Both defendants were located and arrested.

OTHER
Reported Dec. 11
 8:30 a.m.
— 6800 block of 33rd Street E. Lost property. The complainant reported he lost his Mexican Consular ID two weeks ago while he was at work. He has no other information to provide. The Mexican Embassy advised the complainant he needed to file a police report to get a replacement card. The complainant provided a Mexican passport as identification.

Reported Dec. 12
 4:30 p.m. 
— 3700 block of 31st Street E. Grand theft. The complainant reported an unknown person stole the outboard motor from his boat. The estimated value of the theft is $3,000.

Dec. 13
 3:43 p.m.
— 7365 52nd Place E. (Bealls). Retail theft. The juvenile suspect selected five items from a dressing room, totaling $55.91, and placed them into her purse. She then left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. Loss prevention notified the juvenile suspect that she also was being given a trespass warning from Bealls, which she understood. The juvenile suspect was arrested and taken to the juvenile booking facility.

 6:30 p.m. 
— 11200 block of State Road 70 E. Burglary to an unoccupied conveyance. Unknown persons entered the victim’s vehicle by smashing the driver’s side window. Once inside, the persons removed an item valued at $100. The persons then fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel.

11 p.m. — 6000 block of 39th Court E. Suspicious circumstances. While the complainant was in the shower, she reportedly heard a loud noise coming from her screened in lanai. As she exited the shower, she heard what she said she believed was a male’s voice. The complainant then slammed her bathroom door and turned on her lights. When she looked out the sliding glass door, she saw that the screen enclosure was torn and her patio furniture knocked over. The furniture was lying in front of the screen that was torn. The complainant stated she did not see anyone inside her patio. It did not appear that someone made entry into the lanai and looks like the wind may have knocked the furniture into the screen.
