Petit theft: A man was seen by loss prevention in the electronics department concealing items in a shopping bag. Then he went to the liquor area, grabbed a pack of beer, went back to the electronics department, and hid the beer inside the shopping bag. He then attempted to leave the store, at which time loss prevention stopped him. The total value of items concealed was $40.22. Because the man had no prior retail convictions, he was given a notice to appear but not arrested.
