The following information was gathered from incident and arrest reports obtained from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

LAKEWOOD RANCH
 Reported June 22

5:40 p.m. — 13400 block of Blythefield Terrace. Telephone harassment. The victim stated she has been receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown female caller with an unrestricted number. She stated she gets about 20 phone calls a day, and it’s usually in reference to her and her new boyfriend and that he’s is cheating on her. The caller also has been calling the complainant’s friend.

June 23
3 p.m. — 1800 block of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. Criminal mischief. The victim reported unknown person(s) slashed two tires on her 1989 Chevrolet S-10 by unknown means. She stated she saw her neighbor flee the scene immediately after the incident. The victim has no idea who could have slashed her tires but believes it was her neighbor with whom she has had problems with in the past and wishes to prosecute.

10:21 a.m. — 7000 block of Brier Creek Court. Criminal mischief. The victim stated his pool cleaner notified him unknown person(s) damaged his pool filter in an attempted theft.

MYAKKA CITY
 Reported June 20

11 a.m. — 9700 block of Wauchula Road. Grand theft. Unknown person(s) stole two saddles from the victim’s property. The saddles were removed from a covered area and taken by wheelbarrow to the roadway and offloaded. The value of the saddles and property is $2,690.

QUAIL WALK
 June 21

6 p.m. — 7000 block of 85th Street Court East. Burglary. The complainant stated she left her front door open while she visited her mother’s residence down the street. While she was gone, an unknown person entered the complainant’s residence and attempted to remove a big screen TV. A white male was seen in the front yard wearing dark clothes shortly after the incident occurred, but it is unknown if he was involved. One latent print was lifted from the scene.

June 23
6 p.m. — 7000 block of 85th Street Court East. Criminal mischief. Unknown person(s) cut 14 screens on the complainant’s screened patio. The complainant has no idea who may have done the damage, and there was no physical evidence located to process.

ROSEDALE
 June 20

1:50 p.m. — 8700 block of 53rd Terrace East. Burglary. Unknown person(s) entered the complainant’s open garage and removed six sets of golf clubs. Two of the sets were strapped to the back of the complainant’s golf cart.

RYE WILDERNESS
 June 24

11:30 p.m. — 400 block of 169th Court East. Vehicle burglary. Unknown suspect(s) rifled through the vehicle through an unlocked door. The suspect(s) stole $700 in cash and a portable DVD player. The suspect(s) then busted out the rear driver’s side passenger door and made entry. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed $650, a DVD and receiver system from the dashboard and a pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $150.

SARASOTA
 June 26

11:30 a.m. — 2875 University Parkway (Publix). Retail theft. The male suspect entered the store and filled his cart with groceries. The suspect then exited the store without paying. The suspect was apprehended and brought back into the store. The items were valued at $77.07. The suspect was arrested and was trespassed from the store.

WATERLEFE
 June 25

10:30 p.m. — 9600 block of Discovery Terrace. Burglary to dwelling. Unknown person(s) entered the victim’s screened lanai through the unlocked door and stole the victim’s cat.

OTHER
 June 23

3:34 p.m. — 2911 53rd Ave. East (Wal-Mart). Retail theft. A juvenile female concealed two bathing suits inside her purse and left the store, failing to pay for the items that were concealed.
