Construction forces Longboat Pass Bridge closures

A Florida Department of Transportation bridge maintenance crew performing bridge maintenance work to Longboat Pass Bridge this week will cause evening lane closures.

FDOT has advised the town there will be intermittent northbound and southbound lane closures controlled by a flagging operation starting tonight and lasting through Friday, April 2.

The intermittent lane closures will be performed from 8 p.m. through 6 a.m. the next morning.
