Construction continues on MCC project

Walls are going up on the new 40,000-square-foot Medical Technology and Simulation Center slated for completion in spring 2010 at MCC Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway E.

Designed to house nursing and other healthcare professions, the state-of-the-art facility will feature sophisticated adult and infant simulation technology in intensive care unit settings and a birthing room, nursing assessment lab and science labs and classrooms.

Fawley Bryant is the project architect and Tandem Construction is the builder of the Medical Technology and Simulation Center, which will be a “green” building with LEED Certification.
