Condominium at The Grande sells for $1.75 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 21 and Jan. 25.

A condominium in The Grande at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul and Sharon Steinwachs, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 4561 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jonathan and Donna Perlin, of Nashville, Tenn., for $1.75 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 1999.

Albert and Renee Connelly, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 673 Norton St. to Charles and Lisa Tyson, of Naperville, Ill., for $719,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 1996.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Karen Deneberg, trustee, of Philadelphia, sold the Unit 117 condominium at 586 Spanish Drive S. to John and Deborah Petchul, of Oakland, Mich., for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1999.

Mary Brune and Janet Brune, of Cincinnati, sold their Unit 120 condominium at 562 Spanish Drive S. to LuLu Lancaster LLC for $227,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,000 in 2000.

Lido Beach Club
Paul Caciolo, trustee, of St. Louis, sold the Unit 708 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Paul Caciolo and Amalea Adzick-Caciolo, trustees, of St. Louis, for $490,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,000 in 1978.
