Condominium at 1350 Main sells for $1.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 24 and Oct. 31.

A condominium in 1350 Main Residential tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jay and Iris Leonard, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1210 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Warren and Elizabeth Vandeveer, of Madison, N.J., for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,135,000 in February.

SARASOTA
Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1102 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Charles and Carol Hamilton, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,652 square feet of living area.

Bay Point Apartments
U.S. Bank National Association, trustee, sold the Unit 33 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Allen and Sheila Wolf, of Scottsdale, Ariz., for $560,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,647 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Pine Bay
Evelyn and Ernie Vroom, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1419 Pine Bay Drive to Pine Bay Drive Holdings LLC for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,590 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 1999.

Poinsettia Park
Fannie Mae sold the home at 1807 Magnolia St. to Tivoli Homes of Sarasota Inc. for $384,500. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,339 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,900 in 1999.

High Point Circle
Linda Kirby, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1968 High Point Circle to Rainer Blomster, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1938, it has two bedrooms, one bath, one half-bath and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $681,000 in 2006.

River Forest
Julia Archer sold her home at 5241 Carmilfra Drive to Brian and Cari Trimyer, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2012.

Renaissance
A. Jon Nannos and Catherine Popovitch-Nannos, of West Chester, Pa., sold their Unit 907 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Brian Schaffer, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2002.

Bahia Vista Highlands
Marilyn Verde, of Dunedin, sold the home at 1024 Pattison Ave. to Nathan and Ruth Martin, of Sarasota, for $234,900. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,126 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2010.

Gulf Gate
Joseph Stanley, of Wilmington, N.C., sold his home at 2867 Safe Harbor Drive to SERC LLC for $226,300. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,606 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1999.

Park Place Villas
Thomas Bailey and Dorothy Bailey, trustees, of Franklin, Tenn., sold the Unit 2 condominium at 3191 Lake Park Lane to Jeannette Watling, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,000 in 2004.

Christy Tozzo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4140 Augustine Ave. to Christine Cheney, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2013.

Village Green Club Estates
Bob Calderone, of Port Charlotte, sold his home at 3322 Sheffield Circle to Connie Mowatt, of Cody, Wyo., for $210,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Judith Werner, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2510 Orsova Way to Mark Carrano and Vanessa Conceicao Carrano, of Sarasota, for $204,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $111,600 in 2010.

Shauna Tamanko, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 100 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Siesta Key Holdings LLC for $525,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $314,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Beach
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 5435 Avenida Del Mare to 5435 Avenida Del Mare LLC for $375,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,655 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2004.

Siesta Beach House
Sea Shell 404 LLC sold the Unit 317 condominium at 5950 Midnight Pass Road to Michael and Donna Eliasen, of Olathe, Kansas, for $360,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2012.

White Sands Village
Richard and Marjorie Hebert, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 306 condominium at 5669 Midnight Pass Road to Jeffery and Peggy Simonds, of Sycamore, Ill., and Donna Portale, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area.

Charles Compton, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1618 Burgos Drive to Salvatore and Sharon D’Amico, of Lemont, Ill., for $255,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,900 in 2006.

Alexander and Virginia McCloskey, of Boca Grande, sold their home at 571 N. Mac Ewen Drive to Robert Starr, of Devon, Pa., for $1,075,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2003.
Bank of America sold the home at 459 Walls Way to Martin and Linda Votruba, of Osprey, for $395,300. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $889,000 in 2002.

Overtym Investments LLC sold the home at 125 Lookout Point Drive to Daniel and Dorothy Claflin, of Osprey, for $382,500. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2013.

The Woodlands at Rivendell
Diane Baker, trustee, of Brainerd, Minn., sold the home at 811 Placid Lake Drive to Daniel and Jane Tavares, of Osprey, for $369,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,500 in 2003.

Sara McCorkle, of Venice, sold her home at 2144 Calusa Lakes Blvd. to Gayle Berry, of Denver, for $310,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,003 square feet of living area.

Louis and Filomena Juliano, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the home at 119 Second St. to James Anderson, of Nokomis, for $242,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,000 in 2010.

Barbara Fritz sold her home at 113 Raphael Place to Rodney and Cynthia Felton, of Nokomis, for $200,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,000 in 1994.
