Concession home sells for $2.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 29 and July 3. A home in the Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Cannon Homes Inc. sold the home at 8309 Lindrick Lane to Jonathan and Sharon Michael, of Dunlap, Ill., for $2.3 million. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,999 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Robert and Diana Staab, of Naples, sold their home at 6817 Dominion Lane to Christopher and Brenda Birk, of Franklin, Tenn., for $1,345,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,599,000 in 2006.

Michael Newman and Lauraine Newman-Kaal sold their home at 7250 Greystone St. to Wilson and Daihanna Alvarez, of Lakewood Ranch, for $950,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,305 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2008.
