Concession home sells for $2 million

A home in The Concession recently sold for $2 million, making it the highest-priced transaction in the community in the last 18 months.

The sale also was the second-highest sale in The Concession in the last five years.

Premier Sotheby's International represented both the buyer and the seller for the home at 8307 Farington Court. The transaction closed July 11.

The four bedroom, four bathroom home sits on a private lake and scenic preserve and boasts more than 5,500 square feet of living space.

The Concession is a 236-home luxury gated community, which is home to the private Jack Nicklaus' designed The Concession Golf Club.
