CLASSROOM SPOTLIGHT: Tara Elementary

Fifth-grade students at Tara Elementary School learned how to perform CPR April 15. The East County Observer caught up with a few students afterwards to ask them what all they learned.

What did you enjoy the most about learning CPR?

“The breathing part because you’re getting air into them other than just doing compressions.”

“Doing the compressions.”

“You have to do it when a victim is not breathing.”
