But his breath is so fresh
4:13 p.m. — 2200 block of Ringling Boulevard. Disorderly Intoxication. An officer came across a drunk man lying on the ground. The man spoke very slowly and was unable to stand. But it was not beer, wine or liquor that this man consumed. The officer said he discovered the man was drunk off of Listerine, because of his fresh breath and half-empty mouthwash bottle in his backpack.
