10:02 a.m. — 103 133rd St. E. Loose cows. Three cows were found roaming loose through the Mill Creek subdivision. An officer attempted to herd the cows for about 45 minutes before the owner arrived. Upon the owner’s arrival, the cows ran through the fence, re-entering the pasture.
