Suspicious act
12:20 p.m. — 6615 Greenbrook Blvd. E. (Nolan Middle School). Theft. The juvenile defendant reportedly stole an iPod Touch from the juvenile victim during class. The suspect reportedly denied the incident; however, he has offered to pay the victim $230 — the original price of the iPod. The suspect also stated that he has no money.
